Aaron Britton, Managing Partner
Aaron is a seasoned mergers and acquisitions professional, with a proven track record of leading and executing over 30 buy-side and sell-side engagements totaling more than $1 billion in deal value. Throughout his career, he has advised business owners, private equity funds, and executive teams on M&A strategies that drive accelerated growth, enhance competitive advantage, and maximize shareholder value.
He partners with companies across a range of strategic initiatives, including acquisition strategy and execution, exit optimization, capital formation and recapitalizations, and debt/equity capital raises.
Aaron brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every engagement, combining deep transaction experience with a focus on long-term value creation.
He graduated with a B.S. in Accountancy from Brigham Young University and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
